At森妙福匠, we specialize in OEM and private label kitchen knife manufacturing. Due to the customized nature of our products, our return and refund policy differs from standard retail policies.

1. Custom Orders Policy

All OEM and private label orders are custom-made according to customer specifications (including design, logo, packaging, and materials).

Therefore:

Custom orders are non-refundable and non-returnable once production has started

Order details must be carefully confirmed before production

2. Sample Orders

Sample orders may be eligible for limited returns or adjustments depending on the situation

Sample fees are generally non-refundable, but may be deducted from bulk orders (if agreed)

3. Quality Issues

We are committed to delivering consistent quality.

If you receive products with verified manufacturing defects, we will:

Offer replacement of defective products, or

Provide partial refund or compensation, depending on the case

Requirements:

Notify us within 7 days after receiving goods

Provide clear photos or videos as evidence

4. Shipping Damage

If goods are damaged during shipping:

Please contact us immediately upon receipt

Provide photos of packaging and damaged products

We will assist in resolving the issue with the logistics provider

5. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled before production starts

Once production begins, cancellation may not be possible or may incur costs

6. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

Refunds will be processed via the original payment method

Processing time may take 5–15 business days
